Virtual Teams or Remote Teams have been around for a long time in some industries. But ever since the CoviD-19 pandemic they have become mainstream. The unique team and i approach helps you to benefit from the advantages and to eliminate or handle the disadvantages of virtual teamwork. Early 2020 team and i decided to investigate how a number of the people we have in our in our large database with behavioural profiles were handling the remote work. As well as ask them what they would see as the best situation for the future.
